Submitting contact forms or requests for information through the site does not create any contractual obligation, nor does it bind the owner or the user. Acceptance of a service requires the express agreement of both parties by means of a signed contract.

The performance figures shown on the site are based on typical cases and are indicative only; actual results are confirmed after the technical audit of each project.

6. Governing law and jurisdiction

These conditions are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the user's domicile, unless otherwise provided by law.
